So a lot of deathballers have moved to irc.quakenet.org within the past few weeks. And I encourage all of you DBC'ers to follow!!!

irc.gameradius.org seems pretty nice too.
but is gamesurge actually gone, or just down temporarily? either way, moving doesnt seem liek a bad idea.

Gamesurge just went through an extensive DDoS attack, and gamesurge generally isn't that great with netsplits almost daily and such. So the NA deathball community decided to join their euro brothers on quakenet.
Gamesurge seems to have settled down now, but the move is final. I'll still be sticking around on gamesurge to help latecomers. |

Yeah, I would have rather gone to gameradius. It seems like a much better network setup, and its also run by the old ProGamePlayer guys, but nobody wanted to join me.

im in one channel on gameradius, that switched from gamesurge a long time ago. i used quakenet a while back,a dn didnt liek it much.. dont remember why, though. maybe tis jsut cuz im a Unreal fanboy, and the thoguht of beign on "quakenet" hurts my weiner.
